The Assistant Director of WinthropLIFE coordinates and facilitates the daily operations of the program, collaborating with faculty, staff, and community partners to provide a comprehensive and inclusive postsecondary education experience for students with intellectual disabilities. This position recruits, hires, trains, and supervises Peer Mentors and develops individualized student schedules using a person-centered planning approach.
