Facility Attendant/Party Host

POSITION PURPOSE:  The Facility Attendant/Party Host is responsible for creating a fun, safe, and memorable experience for guests during birthday parties and group celebrations. This role includes setting up party spaces, hosting activities, assisting families, and ensuring excellent customer service from start to finish.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:   Greet birthday families and guests upon arrival and provide friendly, enthusiastic service. Maintain a safe environment by monitoring guest behavior and following safety guidelines. Manage party timelines to ensure smooth transitions between activities. Clean and reset party rooms between events.
