QA Automation Engineer — Mid / Senior

🚀 We’re Hiring | QA Automation Engineers Flyte Solutions Ltd. is looking for experienced QA Automation Engineers to support enterprise software quality assurance, automation and digital transformation initiatives. Position Mid-Level QA Automation Engineer: 3–5 Years Senior QA Automation Engineer: 5–8 Years Employment Type: Full-time Work Arrangement: On-site / Hybrid / Client Deployment Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh Key Responsibilities Design and implement automated testing strategies.

Develop and maintain scalable automation frameworks. Perform functional, regression, integration and end-to-end testing. Automate web applications using Selenium, Playwright, Cypress or equivalent . Perform API testing using Postman or equivalent tools. Validate application and transaction data using SQL. Analyze requirements and prepare comprehensive test scenarios.

Identify, document and track defects. Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines. Prepare test reports and quality metrics. Collaborate with developers, Product Owners, Business Analysts and DevOps teams. Enterprise Testing Exposure Depending on the engagement, candidates may work on: Digital banking platforms Financial transactions Payment APIs Mobile/web applications Telecom platforms Insurance systems Enterprise workflows Integration platforms High-volume transaction systems Senior-Level Expectations Design QA automation strategy and framework architecture.

Establish automation standards and best practices. Review automation code. Mentor QA engineers. Support test estimation and planning. Lead complex integration and regression testing.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in CSE, Software Engineering, IT or related field. 3–8 years of relevant QA/testing experience . Strong automation testing experience. Selenium, Playwright, Cypress or equivalent. API testing experience. Good SQL knowledge. Experience with Java, Python or JavaScript/TypeScript. Agile/Scrum and Jira experience.

Preferred Skills

JMeter | Performance Testing | BDD | Postman | CI/CD | Mobile Testing | Security Testing | Database Testing Experience in banking, fintech, telecom, insurance or enterprise applications will be highly valued.
