Mobile App Developers – Android / iOS / Cross-Platform

Flyte Solutions Ltd. is expanding its technology talent pool and looking for experienced Mobile App Developers to support enterprise mobile applications and digital transformation projects across Banking, Fintech, Telecom, Insurance and other industries . We are looking for developers with strong expertise in Native Android, Native iOS and/or Cross-Platform mobile development , including Flutter and React Native .

Position Mid-Level Mobile App Developer: 3–5 Years Senior Mobile App Developer: 5–8 Years Employment Type: Full-time Work Arrangement: On-site / Hybrid / Client Deployment Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh 📱 Technology Areas Candidates may specialize in one or more of the following: Android Native Kotlin Java Android SDK Jetpack / Android Architecture Components iOS Native Swift SwiftUI / UIKit iOS SDK Xcode Cross-Platform Flutter / Dart React Native / JavaScript / TypeScript Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test and maintain high-quality mobile applications.

Build responsive, secure and user-friendly mobile experiences. Develop native Android/iOS or cross-platform applications based on project requirements. Integrate mobile applications with REST APIs, backend services and third-party systems . Implement authentication, authorization and secure data communication. Work with push notifications, deep linking, analytics and mobile device capabilities.

Integrate payment gateways, SDKs and third-party services where required. Optimize application performance, memory usage, battery consumption and network communication. Implement offline capabilities, local storage and synchronization where required. Troubleshoot application crashes, performance issues and production defects.

Write maintainable, reusable and testable code. Participate in code reviews, technical design and Agile/Scrum activities. Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, QA, DevOps and product teams. Support application releases through Google Play Store and Apple App Store . Enterprise & Domain Exposure Experience developing mobile applications for any of the following will be highly valued: Digital Banking & Mobile Banking Fintech & Payment Applications Mobile Financial Services Telecom & Self-Service Applications Insurance & Customer Applications Enterprise Mobile Applications Customer Portals and Digital Services Experience with secure transactions, customer onboarding, KYC, authentication, OTP, biometric authentication, payment integration, financial transactions, notifications and high-volume customer applications will be an advantage.

Senior-Level Expectations Senior candidates will additionally be expected to: Lead mobile application architecture and technical implementation. Make appropriate decisions between native and cross-platform approaches. Establish mobile development standards and best practices. Conduct code reviews and mentor Mid-Level/Junior developers.

Lead complex performance, security and production issue resolution. Work with backend and DevOps teams on mobile API and deployment architecture. Participate in client-facing technical discussions and solution design. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in CSE, Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or related discipline .

3–8 years of professional mobile application development experience , depending on level. Strong hands-on experience with at least one major mobile development technology . Experience with mobile application architecture and lifecycle. Strong understanding of REST APIs and backend integration. Experience with Git and Agile/Scrum.

Understanding of mobile security and secure coding practices. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Kotlin | Java | Swift | SwiftUI | UIKit | Flutter | Dart | React Native | TypeScript | Firebase | REST API | GraphQL | Push Notification | Biometric Authentication | OAuth 2.0 | JWT | CI/CD | Docker | Mobile App Security Experience with Fastlane, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD or similar mobile CI/CD tools will be an advantage.
