Water/Wastewater Project Manager
Job description
Hazen is seeking a qualified and experienced Water/Wastewater Engineer / Project Manager for our Fairfax, VA office. This individual will lead multi-disciplinary teams to complete planning, design, and construction-related projects within water and wastewater infrastructure. Task responsibilities will include preparation of assessment and design reports, performing design calculations, equipment sizing/selection, preparation of construction documents, and support of construction management/commissioning needs. Field work and site visits from planning through construction and commissioning will be required.
Required Qualifications: 5+ years of water and wastewater conveyance and/or treatment design experience is required. Bachelor's degree in civil, mechanical, or environmental engineering is required.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in project management is preferred. Self-starter with attention to detail. PE License is required or ability to obtain licensure within one year.
