🍕 JOB DESCRIPTION: COOK Title: Cook Reports To: Food & Beverage Manager or Kitchen Supervisor Location: Bravoz Entertainment Center About the Role: Want to be the hero behind the scenes making all the delicious magic happen? As a Cook at Bravoz, you’ll prepare pizzas, snacks, and party orders that fuel our guests for all-out fun.

From prepping ingredients to ensuring every order is hot and fresh, you’ll keep things moving in our busy, upbeat kitchen. What You’ll Be Doing: Prep and cook: Make pizzas, appetizers, and snack bar items according to Bravoz recipes and standards. Party orders: Prepare and organize large party food orders for on-time delivery to private rooms.

Quality first: Ensure every item looks and tastes great before it heads out the door. Stay safe: Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to keep our kitchen clean and compliant. Team player: Communicate with other cooks, snack bar attendants, and managers to keep orders flowing smoothly. Stock and prep: Maintain organized prep areas, restock ingredients, and track inventory levels.

Clean as you go: Keep workstations, equipment, and the kitchen sparkling clean at all times. Handle the heat: Thrive in a busy environment with multiple orders coming in at once. Support guest experience: Understand you’re part of delivering the Bravoz promise of fun, stress-free celebrations.

Who You Are

At least 16 years old (or as required by local laws). Comfortable working in a kitchen environment with heat, equipment, and food handling. Able to work efficiently under pressure during busy times. Detail-oriented to follow recipes and safety standards precisely. Team-focused, reliable, and great at communicating with coworkers.

Prior cooking, food prep, or restaurant experience is a plus-but we’ll train the right person! Able to stand for long periods and lift items as needed.
