Welder

The candidate will be responsible for joining metal components using various welding processes while ensuring productivity, workmanship, and workplace safety.

Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and 5S standards. Perform welding operations using MIG/TIG & other approved welding processes. Read and interpret engineering drawings, work instructions, and welding specifications. Prepare materials, components, and welding equipment Ensure weld quality meets specified standards and customer requirements.

Inspect welded parts for defects and perform rework when required. Maintain welding equipment in good condition and report any abnormalities. Achieve daily production targets Have knowledge about

• UT & VT ) Ultra test & Visual Test) Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity and reduce waste. Maintain accurate production and inspection records as required. ITI &/or Diploma in Welding with min 5 years experience. Experience from Vale & actuator industry is preferred Strict adherence to safety regulations and PPE requirements. Compliance with company quality, environmental, and housekeeping standards. Participation in safety trainings and audits. Basic knowledge of quality and safety standards. Good teamwork and communication skills
