POSITION SUMMARY

The Associate Product Manager (APM) supports the definition, delivery, and continuous improvement of product capabilities across assigned modules. This role works closely with Product Managers to translate strategy into execution, ensure high-quality product artifacts, and drive measurable outcomes aligned with client needs, regulatory requirements, and business goals.

PRINCIPLE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Work with Product Managers to define the product strategy and roadmap for assigned Modules. Translate product strategy into clearly defined features, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Own execution of roadmap items, ensuring alignment with business goals, client needs, and regulatory requirements (e.

g., Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, National Committee for Quality Assurance). Own and manage assigned modules/features across the product lifecycle (concept to release to optimization). Deliver product artefacts (BCD’s, BRDs and PRD/FRS). Provide artefacts walkthrough sessions to all cross functional teams and answer their queries.

Mentor & manage teams of Product analysts & APM’s, assign and review their work. Accountable to Review / approve / reject product artefacts done by Product Analysts. Define product visions by thorough market research, competitor’s research, policy impacts & tech feasibility. Be an expert on assigned product components & also with respect to the competition.

Work as SPOC on assigned module for Implementation team to provide expert solutions for gaps. Collaborate with SMEs to ensure alignment with clinical workflows, payer operations, and policy impacts. Work with SME’s all cross-functional teams to bring ideas for ER/NPI’s and prepare business case. Support sales teams with RFP responses, demos, and solution discussions.

Collaborate with marketing on product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market inputs. Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities. Contribute to building best practices, templates, and reusable assets. Preferred Experience Experience in US healthcare payer and provider markets is required.

Experience with population health, care management, utilization management, or member/provider engagement solutions. Understanding of designing software and familiarity with Agile SDLC methodologies is required. Strong verbal and written communication skills with experience directly working with business/subject matter experts as well as technical stakeholders.

Experience in defining Product Strategy and road map, Product Life Cycle, Gap Analysis, BRD, PRD & FRS, Customer Practice Impacts, ER Diagrams, Client Presentations with sales, RFPs. Familiarity with healthcare standards and quality measures (e.g., HEDIS, CMS, NCQA). Minimum of 10 years of experience in relevant technology and industry.

Experience working on configurable enterprise SaaS platforms.
