Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels at all times. Ensure timely receipt, inspection, storage, and issuance of materials and equipment. Prevent stock shortages, overstocking, and material losses. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse/store environment. Ensure all inventory transactions are recorded accurately and promptly.

Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies. Support operational requirements by ensuring materials are available when needed. Minimize waste, damage, and obsolete inventory. Comply with company policies, procedures, and safety requirements. Improve inventory efficiency and storage utilization through effective stock management.

Receive, inspect, and store materials and equipment. Issue stock as required and record all transactions. Maintain accurate inventory and stock records. Conduct regular stock counts and resolve discrepancies. Monitor stock levels and request replenishment when needed. Keep the store area clean, organized, safe, and secure.

Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards Prepare inventory, receiving, and stock movement reports. Coordinate with procurement, operations, and suppliers regarding material requirements and deliveries. Monitor shelf life, expiry dates, and condition of stored materials where applicable. Minimum 1-3 years of experience in storekeeping, warehouse, or inventory control.

Basic knowledge of inventory management and stock control procedures. Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management systems. Good organizational and record-keeping skills. Ability to operate material handling equipment (forklift certification preferred). Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and teamwork skills.

Physically fit and able to handle manual material movement. Understanding of workplace safety and housekeeping requirements.
