Enterprise MDM Supervisor

Role Summary

The Enterprise MDM Supervisor is responsible for leading the delivery, enhancement, and continuous improvement of NOV’s Product Hub Cloud (PHC). This role ensures high-quality product master data, scalable governance, and successful execution of enhancements aligned with enterprise data strategy. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving outcomes, managing a team, and partnering with business and IT stakeholders to deliver value through MDM.

Key Responsibilities

Product Hub Cloud Delivery Lead end-to-end delivery of PHC enhancements (requirements, design, build, test, deploy) Manage backlog and prioritize work aligned to business value Ensure integration with ERP, PLM, and downstream systems Drive release planning and coordinate deployments Ensure adherence to enterprise architecture and data standards MDM Governance & Data Quality Enforce enterprise data governance standards for product master data Partner with data stewards to improve data quality, completeness, and consistency Define and monitor KPIs for data quality and operational performance Support data model evolution and standardization Team Leadership Supervise, mentor, and develop MDM analysts and developers Drive accountability for delivery and operational performance Provide coaching, feedback, and development opportunities Act as escalation point for delivery and support issues Stakeholder Engagement Partner with business teams to translate requirements into PHC solutions Communicate status, risks, and outcomes clearly Build strong relationships across Product, Supply Chain, and IT Continuous Improvement Identify and implement process and system improvements Drive adoption of Oracle Product Hub Cloud best practices Evaluate and enable new Oracle Cloud capabilities NOV Competency Alignment Customer Focus Gains insight into customer needs and ensures PHC solutions align with business value Acts as a trusted partner to stakeholders across functions Action Oriented Drives delivery of PHC enhancements with urgency and accountability Proactively identifies and resolves delivery risks and issues Collaborates Works effectively across IT, business, and vendor teams Encourages open communication and teamwork to achieve outcomes Instills Trust Follows through on commitments and communicates transparently Build credibility through consistent delivery and reliability Required Qualifications 7–10+ years of experience in Master Data Management or enterprise systems 2+ years of hands-on experience with Product Hub Cloud (PHC) Experience leading delivery teams or supervising resources Strong understanding of product data models, governance, and data quality Experience with integrations (ERP, PLM, or similar systems) Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred Qualifications Experience within Oracle Cloud ecosystem (ERP, SCM, PIM) Agile/Scrum delivery experience Data governance and data quality framework experience Experience with data migration and transformation initiatives
