Data Tester

Are you passionate about ensuring data quality and building confidence in every insight that drives business decisions? We are looking for an experienced Data Tester to own end-to-end testing across data solutions — from ETL pipelines and data models to dashboards and integrations. In this role you will design and execute functional, non-functional, automated and AI-enabled tests that protect data integrity, reliability and performance.

You will create ETL and data visualisation test cases, write and run SQL queries and stored procedures, troubleshoot ETL workflows, and continuously strengthen test automation and regression coverage. You will also help define quality standards, document test plans and scenarios, and work closely with delivery teams in an Agile environment to minimise defects and improve predictability.

• Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with ETL testing (e.g. Informatica/Data. Stage), data models, data mapping and data integrity validation
• Experience creating test cases for dashboards and data visualisations
• Automated testing skills (Selenium or Cypress preferred) and the ability to build and maintain automation artefacts
• Exposure to AI-enabled testing tools and the ability to validate AI-generated outputs
• Intermediate knowledge of Python or Java
• Solid understanding of data mesh concepts and experience with AWS
• Expert integration testing skills and strong MS Office proficiency
