The Customer Service Associates will play a crucial role in facilitating effective communication between Interpreters and customers.

Determining the language needs of the caller Entering appropriate customer information as needed Accessing appropriate databases Quickly transferring calls to the appropriate staff member Providing additional assistance when needed Requirements Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills Ability to enter and access information using a computer terminal while responding to customer needs Excellent keyboarding skills Professionalism, accuracy and speed are essential Excellent command of the English Language – no other language skills are require Location: Thane West Job Type: Work from Home ( Only candidates residing in Mumbai will be considered. )
