Mid-level Emerging Companies & Venture Capital Associate Seattle | $260,000 - $365,000 | 3+ YOE Our Am. Law 100 client—a top firm in the emerging companies and venture capital space—is seeking a mid-level associate to join its rapidly growing practice in Seattle. This firm represents some of the tech ecosystem's most innovative startups and market-shaping investors.
About the Role
This is a rare opportunity to work with industry-leading attorneys on the full lifecycle of venture-backed companies, from formation and early-stage financing to M&A and exits. You’ll advise high-growth startups and the VC funds that support them, handling complex, high-impact transactions in a highly collaborative, nationally integrated team.
