Le Jeune Road Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field required. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Minimum 5-7 years of real estate appraisal, valuation, appraisal review, or appraisal operations experience. Minimum 2-3 years of supervisory, team lead, or leadership experience preferred.

Experience supporting residential and commercial real estate lending environments preferred. Experience working within a regulated financial institution preferred. Strong knowledge of appraisal principles, valuation methodologies, and appraisal regulations. Understanding of Interagency Appraisal and Evaluation Guidelines, FIRREA, and USPAP requirements.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to interpret complex appraisal reports and valuation analyses. Excellent organizational and project management skills. Strong relationship management and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in appraisal management systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and reporting tools.

Licenses/Certifications State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser. Appraisal Institute designations (MAI, SRA).
