DUNKIN’: TEAM LEADER Currently Under Construction! Binghamton, NY Salary Range: $17.50-$19.00/hour Offered salary is determined by role, level, and location. The final offer will be based on the candidate's specific experience and geographic work location Position Summary: The Dunkin’ Team Lead is a crucial team member who assists all operations of the Dunkin’ restaurant within a fast-paced café and drive-thru environment in a multi-concept travel center.

This role provides excellent guest service, brand-standard execution, and support to fellow team members. The position operates in a high-volume setting with peak rush periods that require strong multitasking, and a calm, solutions-focused approach. Key Responsibilities

Greet, engage, recover and encourage friendly upselling Open/close the restaurant Uphold and be an example for food safety Coach teammates and keep orders perfect Control pace and resolve guest concerns Train mentor and provide feedback Maintain a positive and energetic shift Qualifications Previous QSR experience preferred Works well with others in a fast-paced team environment Willingness to learn and adapt Basic computer skills required Fluent in spoken and written English or the local language in which you serve.
