Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to pass background checks and drug screening.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and household tasks. Implement and monitor individualized care plans, ensuring that each client's needs and preferences are met. Provide transportation and accompany clients to appointments, social activities, and community events.

Support clients in developing life skills and achieving personal goals through encouragement and guidance. Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and communicate effectively with team members and family members.
