Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team as a Super / Porter.

This position requires 30 hours per week and is based in New York, NY.

Responsibilities

Perform duties related to the role of Super / Porter with efficiency and professionalism. Maintain a high level of professionalism when interacting with building residents. A high standard of work quality and attention to detail is expected. Maintains cleanliness inside and outside of the building. Handle tasks requiring the skill set of Super effectively and timely.

Knowledge of NYC waste disposal regulations required. Skills Required Proven experience and proficiency as a Super / Porter Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be responsible and reliable.
