g. taking out the garbage and recycling Greeting residents and guests as they enter and exit the building Assisting with packages and deliveries Maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the lobby and entrance area Monitoring security cameras and reporting any suspicious activity Responding to resident requests and inquiries in a timely and professional manner Performing other duties as assigned by the building management team Requirements: Available to work overnight and on weekends Prior experience in a high-end luxury building Professional doorman attire (Black Suit, Black Tie) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional demeanor and appearance Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Knowledge of basic security procedures and protocols
