Lead Rail Site Coordinator

RSI Logistics, recently acquired by Trinity Industries Inc. , is looking for a Lead Rail Site Coordinator . This position provides operational leadership for process improvement, SOP governance, and cross-site coordination and will act as a key resource for training and strategic initiatives. What You’ll Do: Oversee coordination between multiple sites to maintain network fluidity Develop and maintain SOPs and ensure adherence across locations Train new hires and mentor coordinators on advanced processes Establish and maintain backup coverage plans for critical desks Lead strategic initiatives to improve efficiency and service reliability Act as liaison for cross-site communication and special projects Provide desk coverage during high-volume or critical periods Support supervisory responsibilities as needed during out of office need 3-5 years of relevant experience in rail coordination operations or logistics coordination Bachelor's degree in logistics, transportation, or a related field OR equivalent combination of education and logistics operations experience Above average proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office Suite, and Transportation Management Systems Deep knowledge of rail industry regulations and safety standards Proven ability to train and mentor team members Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
