Job description
The Research Assistant supports daily laboratory operations within the Research function, with primary responsibility for accurate and timely grain quality data generation in support of our New Product Development efforts. This role performs routine and specialized lab procedures including milling, grinding, weighing, chemical preparation, chemical testing, and data entry while maintaining consistent standards for sample handling, documentation, and result generation.
The position also assists with DNA lab workflows such as plant tissue DNA extraction, sample arraying, PCR, and genotyping assay detection as needed.
