Director, Digital & Off Premise

The Director of Digital & Off-Premise is responsible for driving growth, engagement, and profitability across Hardee's owned digital channels and off-premise business. This role leads CRM, loyalty, mobile app and web marketing, customer lifecycle communications, personalization, and third-party delivery (3PD) marketing strategies to increase customer acquisition, retention, frequency, and lifetime value.

The Director serves as the strategic bridge between Marketing, Operations, Technology, Analytics, and external partners to create seamless customer experiences that drive digital sales and strengthen customer loyalty.
