Coughlin Ford of Heath is accepting applications for the position of Body Shop Collision Administrative Assistant at our Ford location in Heath.

What You'll Do

• Contact customer by phone, text , email

• Help customer schedule appointments for estimate and repairs

• Follow up with customers during their repair process and when cars should be done

• Provide a friendly and helpful customer experience

• Set up rental cars with Enterprise and Hertz
