We are presently seeking a 1st Shift Wafer Fabrication Processing Technician that will make vital contributions to new technology and product development for our growing range of cutting-edge optical engine products. 1st Shift Openings: Monday – Friday 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (8 hr Shifts) Main responsibilities: Operate sophisticated semiconductor processing equipment; Process products through various wafer manufacturing steps such as: Photolithography: Wafer preparation, photo aligner and track system operation, chemical cleaning, wafer inspection and measurement.

Metallization: Wafer preparation, chemical cleaning, wafer loading, metal deposition and thickness measurement. Scribing: wafer scribing and demounting, visual inspection Optical layer evaporation via equipment operation, vacuum chamber Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; Proven experience as a Wafer Processing Technician or similar role.

(5+ years); Familiarity with semiconductor processing technologies and cleanroom protocols; Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; Ability to work in a fast-paced, Low-volume High-mix environment; Excellent communication and teamwork skills; Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds; Willingness to work in shifts as needed.

Compensation
