Job description
We are looking for an experienced Solutions Consultant with 6–8 years of expertise in technical consulting, enterprise SaaS, and customer success. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business and technology by leading customers through the entire journey—from pre-sales solution design to implementation, adoption, and optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with Sales teams during discovery sessions, solution design, and technical presentations. Gather and analyze business requirements to design scalable solution architectures. Conduct product demonstrations, technical workshops, and Proof of Concepts (POCs). Lead customer onboarding, implementation, deployment, and user adoption activities.
Design, configure, and support REST APIs, Webhooks, and third-party system integrations. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to resolve technical challenges. Deliver customer training sessions and recommend process improvements. Build and maintain strong relationships with business and technical stakeholders.
Provide technical guidance and best practices throughout the customer lifecycle. Support customers in maximizing product adoption and business value.
Required Skills
& Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 6–8 years of experience in: Solutions Consulting Solution Engineering Implementation Consulting Technical Account Management Customer Success Pre-Sales Consulting Strong expertise in Enterprise SaaS implementations and solution design.
Hands-on experience with REST APIs, JSON, Webhooks, and third-party system integrations. Experience in business requirement gathering, business process analysis, and conducting technical workshops. Good understanding of SQL, data mapping, and enterprise applications. Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
