Lighthouse Property Management is seeking a motivated and technology-minded HR Assistant who is eager to learn, grow, and develop into an HR Generalist.

This position offers hands-on experience across multiple areas of HR, including:

• HRIS and Team Member data management
• Benefits and payroll support
• Recruiting and applicant tracking
• Onboarding and offboarding
• New-hire orientation
• Learning management and training
• Team Member relations and HR documentation
• Reporting, compliance, and data audits
• HR process improvement
• AI and automation to streamline HR systems and workflows The HR Assistant will also work alongside two administrative Team Members to answer phones, welcome visitors, prepare documents, coordinate meetings, and assist with general office operations. What we’re looking for:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field preferred
• At least one year of HR, recruiting, customer service, or administrative experience preferred; relevant internships will be considered
• Strong Microsoft Office experience, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
• Excellent organization, communication, and attention to detail
• Professional, dependable, responsive, and comfortable handling confidential information
• Ability to learn new systems and technology quickly
• Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment
• Genuine interest in AI, automation, and improving processes
• Desire to learn the HR profession and grow into an HR Generalist position
