What You’ll Do Build and maintain strong customer relationships Deliver exceptional customer service from the first phone call to vehicle pickup Capture first-time callers and create an outstanding first impression Communicate repair recommendations clearly and confidently Oversee workflow for 2–3 technicians daily Keep customers informed throughout the repair process Help drive shop growth through professionalism and trust What We’re Looking For Strong phone and communication skills Upbeat personality with energy and enthusiasm Ability to multitask in a busy environment Positive attitude and team-first mindset Strong relationship-building skills Automotive service advisor experience preferred, but the right personality and work ethic matter most About Us We are a growing, family-oriented repair shop with deep roots in the Fort Wayne community.
