Senior Executive, Administration of Primary Care Grant schemes - Operations (Appeals)

This role supports the daily operations of the Primary Care Grants appeals function. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to manage day-to-day appeals operations including data analytics reviews, management reporting and contribute to the design and implementation of system enhancements.

Process appeals and facilitates timely review and resolution of appeals by Health Promotion Board (HPB) and Ministry of Health (MOH). Develop, implement and maintain Appeals Processing Framework, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and related operational guidelines. Monitor operational performance and trends, conduct data analysis, and prepare management reports and insights to Senior Management and Ministry of Health (MOH).

Identify opportunities to streamline and automate processes, and work with internal and external stakeholders to design and implement practical solutions or system enhancements to enhance efficiency and governance. Support the stabilisation and continuous improvement of appeals operations, including the identification, tracking and resolution of system defects by the systems team.

This role will be on 2 years contract, subject to programme renewal. Job requirements Degree in any discipline. Candidates with degree in Engineering, Accountancy, Economics, Business or Statistics or related fields will have an advantage. Relevant experience in managing finance, grant, or audit related operations is an added advantage.

Possess strong analytical thinking skills and high level of integrity. Resourceful, detailed, meticulous, and able to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated and able to work independently while contributing effectively as a team player. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable with huge data sets.
