Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to explain product value to diverse audiences. Candidates should possess Customer Satisfaction skills, with a focus on building trust, handling objections, and ensuring a positive experience. Candidates should ideally have prior experience in education, edtech, or consumer sales and familiarity with CRM tools or sales software.

Relevant qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in any discipline (business, marketing, or related fields preferred) and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings as needed. Beneficial attributes include strong problem-solving abilities, resilience in a target-driven environment, comfort with phone and video-based selling, and a learner-centric mindset.
