Bilingual NSAH Shift Manager (Morning)

As a key member of RAINN’s Victim Services management team, the NSAH Morning Shift Manager provides essential leadership and support during the morning hours of the 24/7 National Sexual Assault Hotline. This role helps set the tone for the day by ensuring survivors and other hotline users receive consistent, high-quality, trauma-informed support across both online text chat and telephone services.

The Morning Shift Manager also supports the day-to-day operations of the NSAH program and is ideal for an experienced people leader who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is passionate about developing staff while ensuring exceptional survivor-centered services.
