Job description
We are seeking an experienced Teamcenter Solution Architect with deep expertise in Product Configurator/Variant Management and Teamcenter Quality (QMS) to lead the architecture and implementation of integrated PLM solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design scalable architectures for Teamcenter Product Configurator, Options & Variants, and Quality/QMS . Architect feature-based configuration, variant rules, effectivity, Super BOM/150% BOM, and configured BOMs. Design QMS solutions covering NCM, CAPA, Audit, Supplier Quality, and FMEA integration . Establish digital-thread integration across CAD, ERP, MES, Manufacturing, Quality, and Service .
Define integrations using SOA/REST APIs and event-driven architecture . Govern BMIDE, ITK, SOA, and Active Workspace (AWC) customizations. Lead architecture standards, technical governance, roadmaps, validation, and performance optimization. Ensure compliance and traceability aligned with ISO, AS9100, and IATF 16949 .
Provide technical leadership and mentor PLM implementation teams.
Required Skills
12–18+ years of PLM implementation experience. 5+ years of Teamcenter Product Configurator/Variant Management and Teamcenter Quality/QMS experience. Strong expertise in BOM management (EBOM/MBOM), variant conditions, effectivity, and occurrence management . Deep knowledge of NCM, CAPA, Audit, Supplier Quality, and quality workflows .
Strong hands-on knowledge of Teamcenter BMIDE, ITK, SOA, and Active Workspace . Experience integrating Teamcenter with NX/CATIA/Creo, SAP/Oracle, MES, and external quality systems . Strong solution architecture, governance, stakeholder management, and delivery leadership skills.
