Mid-Level Privacy Litigation Associate – Am. Law 100 San Diego, CA | Los Angeles, CA | San Francisco, CA | New York, NY The Work You’ll Take On: Handle complex privacy disputes, from data breach class actions to state and federal privacy law claims, plus regulatory and attorney general investigations. You’ll manage significant matters end-to-end, working closely with a nationally recognized litigation team.

What You Bring: 3–5 years of privacy litigation experience, ideally with class action and regulatory exposure Strong analytical, writing, and case management skills Member of the California or New York Bar Ability to present arguments clearly and manage multiple active matters at once What’s In It for You: Step into a practice that regularly defends high-profile, high-stakes matters for major technology companies and consumer brands.

Compensation

annual base salary ranges from $260,000 to $365,000 in Los Angeles, San Diego, San Francisco, and New York, plus discretionary bonus potential, comprehensive benefits, and flexible time-off policies.
