Maintenance Manager - Ponca City, OK

The Maintenance Manager will provide leadership for all maintenance, facilities, and reliability activities within the plant. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing maintenance strategies that maximize equipment uptime, improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), reduce unplanned downtime, and support operational excellence initiatives.

The successful candidate will be a hands-on leader capable of building team accountability, driving preventive and predictive maintenance programs, and creating a culture focused on reliability and continuous improvement.
