What You'll Do

Provide personalized physical therapy in patients' homes. Help patients regain strength, mobility, balance, and independence. Develop treatment plans tailored to individual goals. Educate patients and families on safe movement and recovery. Collaborate with a caring, supportive home health team.

What We're Looking For

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program. Active PT license in the state(s) served or eligibility for licensure. At least 1 year of Physical Therapist experience required. Home health experience strongly preferred. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. A passion for helping patients thrive in their own homes!
