At Skaneateles Fields Resort & Spa, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional hospitality in an elegant, welcoming environment. We are seeking a friendly, professional Bell Person to be the first and last point of contact for our guests — ensuring their experience is seamless, comfortable, and memorable from arrival to departure.

This is a part-time, weekend position.

Key Responsibilities

Warmly greet guests upon arrival and departure. Assist guests with luggage, and packages Escort guests to their rooms and provide an overview of hotel amenities and services. Deliver items such as mail, messages, or special requests promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby, entryway, and bell closet areas.

Coordinate with Front Desk, Valet, and Concierge to ensure smooth guest service. Provide directions, recommendations, and general hotel information. Handle guest requests with professionalism, discretion, and efficiency.

Qualifications

Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods. Team-oriented with a passion for guest service. Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
