Senior Finance Executive

Job Responsibilities

Financial Accounting & Reporting Handle full-set accounting, including AR, AP, GL, and bank reconciliations. Manage month-end and year-end closing, financial reporting, and management reports. Cash Flow & Treasury Management Monitor cash flow, working capital, and banking transactions. Assist in cash flow forecasting and fund management to support trading operations.

Tax, Audit & Compliance Handle SST, corporate tax, and withholding tax matters. Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and banks on financial and compliance matters. Business Support Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Work closely with operations and commercial teams on financial matters.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. Minimum 3-5 years of relevant accounting or finance experience. Strong knowledge of full-set accounting, month-end closing, and financial reporting. Familiarity with SST, corporate tax, and withholding tax requirements. Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities. Hands-on, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
