Account Officer

Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to support our finance team in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional with 0–2 years of experience in accounting or finance.

The Junior Accountant will play a key role in processing daily financial transactions, supporting financial reporting, and assisting with compliance activities. Your work will contribute directly to the financial integrity and operational efficiency of the organization, providing a strong foundation for professional growth in finance and accounting.

Responsibilities

Record daily financial transactions using company accounting software. Assist in preparing invoices, payment vouchers, and financial statements. Monitor and track accounts payable and receivable. Reconcile bank statements and update financial records on a regular basis. Support the preparation of monthly budgets and financial reports.

Assist with filing tax returns and ensuring compliance with NAFDAC and other regulatory requirements. Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for receipts, invoices, and financial documents
