Medicaid Customer Care Associate

Location: Concord, NH Pay Rate: $16.50/hr Employment Type: Full time Shift Information: M-F, 8:30am – 5:00pm EST Job Summary: We’re hiring an Onsite Call Center Representative in Concord, NH to provide high-quality customer service support in a fast-paced call center environment. In this role, you will handle inbound customer calls, resolve inquiries, and deliver a positive customer experience while meeting performance goals.

Key Responsibilities

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive.
