1. Valid, California Teaching Credential authorized to teach Music
2. Appropriate ELL Authorization (CLAD or Equivalent)
3. Ability to Pass DOJ Background/Fingerprint Check
4. Tuberculosis Clearance DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:
5. Training in Orff-Schulwerk
6. Knowledge, proficiency and integration of Instructional Technology
7. Ability to integrate creative movement, dance, song, vocal technique, listening, pitched/non-pitched percussion, music literacy, recorder skills, solfege and multicultural approaches.

Strong organization, advocacy, and community relations skills SALARY: Placement on Certificated Salary Schedule ($58,273 - $95,537*) (*80% = $46,618 - $76,429, prorated based on date of hire) 15 years creditable experience may be accepted upon verification Master’s Degree – 2% on base annual salary Doctorate Degree – additional 2% on base annual salary National Board Certification – additional $1,000 (prorated) ORDER OF CONSIDERATION:
