Key Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly and monthly demand forecasts by store, product, and channel.
• Analyse sales trends, seasonality, promotions, new product launches, and other demand drivers.
• Monitor actual performance against forecast and identify reasons for variances.
• Lead the monthly S&OP process with accurate demand projections and business insights.
• Analyse key KPIs including revenue, orders, average bill value, product mix and store performance.
• Develop management dashboards and regular performance reports.
• Support budgeting, business planning and scenario forecasting.
• Manage recipes and store level POS system updates
• Identify business opportunities, risks, and areas for performance improvement.
