Audit Manager - AM Competence Center

Within the AM Competence Center, we are looking for a professional to support the Head of the AM Competence Center in the following key responsibilities:

• Ultimately support the Head of Group audit in the supervision of audit activities – with respect to the entire Audit Value chain - carried out in the Asset Manager delegated by the Group Insurance Companies and in other Group Asset Managers controlled by Generali Investments Holding or outside the perimeter of Generali Investments Holdings (i.e. Lion River);
• Where applicable, provide support ultimately to the Head of Group Audit for the execution of direct audit activities on the Group Asset Managers, in accordance with the audit rights established by the Investments Management Agreements and other agreements;
• Support the execution in terms of steering and coordination of Group thematic audit, involving Group Asset Managers;
• Provide advises and analysis related to the Asset Management business;
• Preparation of the periodical reporting on audit results and supervision activity.
