Lawyer

Lavipharm is seeking a Lawyer, based in Athens, who will be responsible to manage high-stakes legal matters, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

Prepares and reviews legal and corporate documentation (including agreements and contracts of a wide range of commercial law subject matters, decisions of the companies’ constitutional bodies etc.) Responds with accuracy on a timely manner Prepares litigation documents such as pleadings, motions , and briefs Proactively conducts advanced legal research, prepares and executes analytical methods to implement relevant legal changes Presents documentation (including reports, graphs and diagrams) to pinpoint problems and finds solutions Maintains accurate project development records and data files Provides clarification on legal language or specifications to everyone in the organization Maintains current knowledge of alterations in legislation Collaborates with internal departments to identify potential legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them Requirements Bachelor degree in Law (BSc) or Master degree (MA) 3-5 years of experience in a Corporate environment Experience in pharmaceutical company will be considered as an asset Excellent Knowledge of the English language Computer literacy Good knowledge of the structure, implementation and operation of corporate compliance programs preferably in the healthcare setting.
