Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the insurance industry. Strong knowledge of insurance policies, benefits, and claims management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interaction. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
