Compensation

for fully trained Bartenders starts at $4.35/hour plus tips, with tip payouts distributed the following morning. Responsibilities

Welcome bar guests promptly and create a friendly, energetic atmosphere Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages according to company standards Maintain strong knowledge of beverage offerings, menu items, and drink preparation Fulfill dining room beverage tickets accurately and efficiently Follow service standards to ensure consistent guest experiences Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive hospitality throughout service Build positive guest interactions that reflect the 30hop brand and culture Keep the bar area clean, organized, stocked, and service ready at all times Complete opening, running, and closing sidework duties Process guest checks and payments accurately and professionally Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of bar tools, equipment, and glassware Support team members and restaurant operations as needed Additional duties assigned Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older Previous bartending experience preferred Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits Excellent communication and multitasking abilities Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness Ability to remain professional and composed in a high volume environment Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Skills Strong time management and organizational skills Ability to multitask effectively during busy shifts Friendly, professional, and team oriented attitude Problem solving and guest service focused mindset Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced hospitality environment *Tribute Eatery & Bar is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer
