What You'll Bring

Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring customer enquiries, quotations, orders, and deliveries are managed accurately and efficiently while building strong relationships with customers and internal teams.

What You'll Do

1.Customer Service Serve as the primary contact for customer enquiries, providing timely updates and resolving issues effectively. 2.Order Management Process quotations, sales orders, and customer forecasts accurately while monitoring order progress through delivery. 3.Delivery & Sales Support Coordinate with Production, Logistics, and Sales teams to ensure on-time delivery and support customer requirements.

4.Customer Satisfaction Manage customer feedback, complaints, and quality issues, ensuring prompt resolution and continuous service improvement. 5.Data & System Administration Maintain accurate customer, product, and stock information within company systems and records. We're Looking For Someone Who Has Previous experience in Customer Service, Sales Support, Order Management, or a similar role within manufacturing, packaging, printing, or industrial environments.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills with both customers and internal stakeholders. Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications. Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to service delivery.
