What You’ll Do Safely operate loaders, dozers, trackhoes, graders, backhoes, skid steers, and other heavy equipment.

Excavate, load trucks, and grade pads and floors. Read plans and grade stakes to ensure accurate work. Help lead and train laborers. Perform basic equipment maintenance. Work safely and efficiently as part of a team. What You Bring At least 1 year of experience operating a loader, dozer, or trackhoe. Ability to read plans and grade stakes.

Strong commitment to safety and teamwork. Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work outdoors in varying conditions. Must be at least 18 years old.
