You’ll learn how projects are built from the ground up, develop technical and leadership skills, and prepare for roles such as Project Engineer, Assistant Project Manager, Estimator, Supervisor, and beyond.

Program Highlights Year 1: Work primarily in the field as part of the project management and supervision team. Gain firsthand experience with construction processes, scheduling, and quality control. Rotate into the office to assist with estimating, bidding, and project layout activities. Year 2: Take ownership of small projects or portions of larger ones.

Support estimating, scheduling, and project coordination. Focus on leadership development and prepare for larger responsibilities. What You’ll Learn Field & Technical Skills: Project layouts, elevation measurements, quality control, resource tracking. Scheduling & Coordination: Short-term schedules, subcontractor coordination, and P6 updates.

Cost Management: Job costing, purchase orders, submittals, and pay requests. Safety & Compliance: Weekly audits and monthly PM reviews.
