Performance and Compensation Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support the execution and continuous improvement of Performance Compensation processes and policies;
• Analyze compensation, performance, and HR data to support decision-making and identify relevant trends and insights;
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and data analyses to monitor HR metrics and business needs;
• Participate in performance review cycles, salary review processes, and bonus administration activities;
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across HR systems and reporting tools;
• Conduct market benchmarking and compensation analyses to support fair and competitive reward practices;
• Work with large datasets, identifying patterns, inconsistencies, and opportunities for process improvement;
• Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide data-driven support;
• Prepare clear and structured presentations and materials for different audiences;
• Contribute to automation, digitalization, and continuous improvement initiatives within the HR function.
