Description A State Savings Bank Desktop Support Specialist is responsible for providing prompt and efficient service to our team members with a "Yes, I can" approach. A Desktop Support Specialist is expected to be available to work Monday through Saturday. THIS IS AN IN-PERSON POSTION IN TRAVERSE CITY, MI.

• Systems
• Microsoft Active Directory – User Administrator
• Core Processing (Horizon, FSI Image Center, check printing, Scanners, etc.)
• Secure Exchange – User Administration & End User Support
• MS365 – User Administration & End User Support
• Kace – Operations
• Mitel – User administration, hardware configuration and support /Security
• End User Incident Response
• NAC
• Operations /Desktop Support (Primary)
• Tech Support (user issues, phone support, support through email)
• Desktop Imaging and replacement
• Desktop (Hardware, Operating Systems and Client-Side Software)
• Printers/Scanners
• Loan Processing Software (LPL, Mortgage Processing, etc.) Other duties as assigned or necessary
