Business Analyst I

JOB SUMMARY

The Business Analyst I supports accurate, accessible, and actionable reporting across the Association. As a member of the Business Intelligence team, this role collaborates with departments to collect, validate, analyze, and visualize data that informs operational and strategic decisions. The analyst also develops and maintains reports as well as dashboards in Salesforce and Tableau, analyzes digital engagement using tools such as Google Analytics and Big.

Query, and contributes to consistent data practices and governance. This role is well suited for an analytical professional who can translate business questions into clear findings for technical and non-technical audiences.
