Front Desk Receptionist

Regina Health Center is a mission-based skilled nursing facility of excellence located on 230 beautiful acres in Richfield, Ohio. We are currently seeking PRN/substitute Front Desk Receptionists to work as needed Monday-Sunday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm.

or 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm. The Receptionist greets and interacts with all visitors, residents, and staff entering the facility, and answers all incoming telephone calls to the facility and assists residents with outgoing telephone calls. Must have the ability to interact with all guests in a positive and caring manner, and have the ability to provide great customer service.

The receptionist aids in providing a safe environment for residents, visitors, and staff, and is responsible for emergency response announcements and monitoring facility cameras, reporting safety concerns, and following all proper practices to comply with all facility policies and procedures, and all federal, state and local regulations.

Must be proficient in basic computer programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Microsoft Outlook mail. Must have strong organizational skills and ability to communicate professionally when greeting visitors and residents and on the telephone. Ability to work independently and develop positive working relationships with others; possess the ability to handle challenging interactions/situations with a positive and professional attitude, and commit to promoting an environment and that provides the highest quality of life for Regina Health Center residents.

Prior receptionist experience is preferred, and experience in a skilled nursing home environment a PLUS!
